Everything was modern, I can recommend. Greatly enjoyed this characterful hotel: lovely food and superfriendly and outstandingly accommodating staff. My room was modern and functional with a marvellous view on the town. The location was great and incredible, just off Piazza Venezia, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Piazza di Spagna and main shopping strip, and the Vatican. Spagna district was worth staying in.

Friendly staff, cozy athmosphere, nice breakfast, excellent location.
Concierge can be a little bit more helpful. Some rooms are much better than others so you have to be specific about your needs when you book. The view from the windows vary (from nice rooftops to aluminum pipes). The hotel has a pick up service from the airport which is very expensive (55 euros), they should consider someone else.

Charming Spot with Quick Access to Attractions
Staff went out of their way to help us find the best dining spots nearby. Loved the delicious breakfast selection and cozy atmosphere. For the best experience, request a room away from the housekeeping area for quieter nights.

staff and location
In order to take a shower you have to step into the tub which is high. To get out the tub is very slippery and there is no place to grab. very dangerous. In addition there is a bad seal on the shower door and water goes all over the floor.

Fantastic Location and Friendly Service
The location is fantastic, with access to major attractions like the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain within a short walk. The room was clean and spacious, and I appreciated the comfortable beds and the delicious breakfast options available each morning. The staff, especially Barbara, were helpful and attentive to our needs. The bathroom sink being in the open could be awkward if traveling with someone else.

The Double Room Annex Terrace was really cozy and had a great vibe! The shower was open, a bit weird, and the stairs to the room were exhausting, but the comfy bed and snacks in the common area made up for it. Pretty clean place too! Just a heads up, if you need help with stairs, this might not be the best choice.

This Hotel is the perfect Location with all the major historical sights within a short walking distance
Having stayed at this hotel previously and aware of some improvements having been made I expected to thoroughly enjoy our return stay there. Unfortunately we were very disappointed by the Classic double room we were given. The bed was very uncomfortable and we struggled to get the air conditioning to work. We did ask for an alternative room but we were told we booked a Classic double and thats what we had. You get what you pay for. I know you only sleep in the room but the bed meant that was a hardship so we were disappointed with our stay on this occasion.

This was an excellent fit for a quick weekend visit in Rome with all in all great value for money. The staff in the gin bar were great, mixing up some delicious cocktails after a long day of sightseeing. Be sure to try the breakfast for a nice variety of fresh rolls and pastries.

We upgraded to a deluxe room situated in the new part of the Hotel and the rooms were very spacious and well airconditioned. The hotel is situated not far from Piazza Navonna and many shopping areas in the old part of Rome which was great. Breakfast was good.
The hotel staff were the worst we have experienced in Europe. They were unhelpful and plain rude most of the time arrogant to say the least. If you approached especially the reception staff they made you feel like you were a nuisance - very disappointing and unwelcoming. The waite staff in the breakfast area were friendly and helpful.
